What we built
ProjectM needed more than just a website; they required a system to bridge the gap between customer-facing retail and internal operations. This project features a luxury-focused, mobile-first e-commerce front end with advanced filtering, real-time stock availability, and a multi-currency checkout. On the backend, a custom-built Business Management System (BMS) provides the brand with real-time analytics on sales trends, automated inventory reordering, and a specialized Fabric & Manufacturing module to track products from raw material to finished garment. The system also includes a CRM for personalized marketing and loyalty rewards.
